Clash of Clans demands readability at small scales, strong silhouettes, and charm in motion. We supported the character pipeline with concept thinking that respects modeling constraints, models built for rigging, and animation that sells personality in seconds.
Because disciplines were coordinated under one roof, iteration stayed tight: model changes did not blindside rigging, and animation needs fed back into deformation planning early.
Deliverables were structured for a live mobile environment with efficient review loops.
